    Vladimir Putin and then Hassan Rouhani. Neither was in the chamber when Obama spoke. They both argue that Isis must be defeated and then maybe the Assad regime can be “reformed”. The will have the last word today, but Obama chairs a summit on the issue tomorrow, to which Rouhani is not invited and Putin is not coming.”
